We offer a range of payment options to fit your budget, including major credit/debit cards, Southern Cross Insurance and Afterpay.

It’s as easy as booking your first appointment. If required and with your consent we can organise the transfer of you existing dental records.

Yes, we offer inhalation sedation (nitrous oxide), often called ‘laughing gas’ to help you feel relaxed, at ease, and make you less sensitive to pain.

Yes, children from year nine up until their 18th birthday are eligible for free basic dental care at our clinic.

Access to our clinic is via the front entrance only. You’ll find 1-hour parking on The Strand, or plenty of spaces in the Kakahoroa Drive carpark, just a short walk through Wharaurangi (the gap) to access the Strand.

Yes. WINZ can provide financial assistance for urgent or essential dental treatment. If you’re on a low income or receiving a benefit, WINZ may cover up to $1,000 a year, and this amount does not need to be repaid. If you need a WINZ quote, just let us know when you book your appointment.

Your dentist will complete a Dental Treatment Information form for you.
If you’re a WINZ client, the easiest way to apply is through MyMSD under “One-off cost.”
Upload the Dental Treatment Information form during your application.
Approval usually appears in MyMSD within 1 working day.
Other ways to apply:
Call WINZ to apply over the phone. You’ll still need to upload the form in MyMSD. WINZ will help you with this.
Drop off or post the form to a WINZ service centre, then call them so they can process it. Allow time for the form to be added to your file before calling.

WINZ will either pay us directly, and we’ll contact you to book your appointment, or they may load the funds onto your Payment Card for you to pay at your visit.
