• Toothache appointments are reserved for patients in severe pain. These are 45-minute slots to allow us the time needed to relieve your discomfort.

• Consultations are shorter appointments, best suited if you have a niggle, minor concern, or wish to discuss something about your teeth or gums.

• We’re happy to see children under 13. Please be aware that treatment for this age group incurs a private fee.

• If you require a WINZ quote, a $65 fee applies. This fee will be refunded once payment is received from WINZ.
